Casa Las Charnecas has been built and designed for rest and relaxation, its surroundings making it the ideal spot to enjoy a vacation filled with peace and tranquillity.
Casa Las Charnecas is located in the small neighbourhood of “Las Charnecas” in “Icod de Los Vinos” (northern area of the Island of Tenerife) which assures you a mild climate during the entire year as well as a quiet setting far from city life.
Designed in a modern style, its decor is elegant and minimalist but without forgetting the comfort of you, are only guest. It is ideal for couples and small or large families (maximum 5 people). It has 330m², distributed on three floors.
Ground Floor : has a double garage for two cars, bedroom (queen-sized bed), fully-equipped kitchen, living room, main bathroom, terrace, garden, barbecue and swimming pool (Intex Easy Set of 244x76cm with 2.150 liters).
2nd Floor : a bedroom with 2 single beds, two individual bedrooms with single beds, living room, bathroom and terrace.
3rd Floor : a 35 m² room designed with a chill out ambiance and a 60m² terrace for sunbathing with a spectacular view of The Teide.
Casa Las Charnecas goes further because we take care of all the small details which mark the difference, you have the possibility of organizing your vacation with us in a completely personalized manner. Our guests will receive as a welcoming gift, a bottle of wine of “Ycoden Daute Isora” (protected denomination of origin). Free Wifi with Internet.
